Students are expected to treat tutors with respect and courtesy at all times. Any form of inappropriate behavior, aggressiveness, or discrimination will not be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in immediate blocking from booking with a tutor. Tutors reported to have displayed inappropriate behavior will be removed from the platform and black listed. 

Students are allowed to book sessions within 24 hours before the scheduled class time at the earliest.

Absences will be charged as class times. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Students are expected to be transparent about their learning needs when booking a session. Clear communication ensures tutors can provide the best possible assistance.

Each tutor has a specific field of specialty, clearly outlined on their profile. Students are fully responsible for selecting a tutor based on their expertise and subject area.

Tutors who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit their booking. In such cases, students will be promptly reassigned to another available tutor.

If a tutor is absent without prior notice, the student will be entitled to a full refund for the session. Rising Sun Tutors is committed to providing a reliable and consistent learning experience.

Students are required to submit their credit card information as all classes are prepaid. We use the secure and reliable payment processor, Stripe, to handle transactions. Stripe ensures the confidentiality and security of credit card information, and no one from Rising Sun Tutors will have access to students' account details.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms mentioned above, ensuring fair compensation for students affected by tutor cancellations or unexpected absences.

Rising Sun Tutors values your privacy. All personal and academic information provided by students will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Rising Sun Tutors reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
